COLLECTIVE LIBERATION MARKET: PALESTINE

Sunday MAY 12 12-5pm Wild Heaven West End

We present you with a Palestine-centered art market! This collaboration between ATL Radical Art and Community Market ATL will uplift Palestinian artists, those in solidarity with Palestine, and fundraise support for local Palestinians: 50% of ticketed sales will go towards artists and 50% to members of our community trying to evacuate their families from Gaza.

SOLIDARITY STATEMENT

I, as a solidarity artist participating in this market, commit to the total and complete liberation of all peoples, including Palestinians. I commit to not only calling for a ceasefire in Gaza to end the genocide of Palestinians, but for the siege on Gaza to end, for the illegal military occupation in Palestine to unravel, and for equal rights for all peoples between the river and the sea. I understand the danger of normalization and commit to not being neutral on the issue of Palestine and the way I conduct myself at the market will reflect this unwavering solidarity. As an accomplice, I commit to centering and uplifting the Palestinian artists on site, including deferring to their requests for priority visibility.

COMMUNITY MARKET ATLANTA will donate 20% of their Vendor Fees to ATL Radical Art, the rest will be used to fund the time and resources it takes to organize this event.
